Individual counseling is  the most common approach to treatment.  As we become sad, hurt or frustrated, solutions to problems can seem terribly evasive.  Individual counseling allows for a private place to talk out many of the feelings that we feel no one will understand. Utilizing multiple strategies, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) I hope to build a therapeutic partnership with you that eases some of the feelings of isolation and allows for successful problem solving.
